Loadpath Group Ltd (“we”, “us”) runs this website. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us through the contact form on this website.

- Details you give us in our forms: name, email, phone, company, role, course interests and any message.
- If you book a course: booking, progress and certificate records in the student portal.
- Basic technical information our web host records, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send the course details you asked for (legitimate interests and your consent).
- To deliver courses you book and issue certificates (contract).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your information or pass it to third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and email provider, our course platform once chosen, and professional advisers where needed. Each processes data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact. Course and certificate records: up to 6 years after completion, so we can confirm certificates.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by sending us a message through our contact form . You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person rather than a bot. To do this, Cloudflare processes limited technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics. It is not used for advertising. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping our forms secure and free of spam.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Cloudflare Turnstile may store strictly necessary data to complete the security check.
